Advisory services
-
We advise on communications during cyber incidents and data breaches, including how to respond while facts are still emerging and legal and technical investigations are under way.
We work alongside specialist cyber and data lawyers to help clients manage media, stakeholder and reputational issues as the incident develops.
-
We advise on strategy and communications relating to climate, carbon, nature, biodiversity and ESG.
Our work includes carbon markets, natural capital, biodiversity net gain and nature-based solutions, as well as ESG strategy, integrity standards, disclosure frameworks and environmental claims. We have worked from both buyer and landowner perspectives.
-
We advise institutions and families on historical research that may have legal, financial or reputational implications today.
Our work includes transatlantic slavery, colonial history and related questions about modern slavery and present-day conduct. We help clients understand what the evidence shows, what conclusions can reasonably be drawn and what the findings may mean for them, working where needed with historians, lawyers and ethicists.
